Remember my post about Blue Bunny's Fudge Twirl ice cream? I had ice cream again today and  added a little twist to it- bananas! I saw my mom eating ice cream with a banana, so I tasted it and it was good. It's like eating banana split except that it didn't have strawberry ice cream, but it's still good. I enjoyed the creamy, chocolatey taste of Fudge Twirl ice cream and sweet, fruity taste of banana- a good combination for a summer dessert!

I got surprised with ice cream when I got home yesterday. My dad bought us ice cream again because it's so hot. He bought Blue Bunny's Fudge Twirl Ice Cream. But since I had froyo yesterday, I didn't eat ice cream. I only got to eat the ice cream today. I don't usually like chocolate, but I liked this flavor of ice cream. The base ice cream is vanilla with chocolate syrup. I like Blue Bunny ice cream because of its creamy taste. If you love Hot Fudge Sundae, then you'll absolutely love Blue Bunny's Fudge Twirl Ice Cream too!

We went home to Alabang today. We left Tanauan at 7:30 p.m. and came home around 9. Even when we were still in Tanauan, we already asked our dad if we can buy ice cream, but he said to buy in Alabang instead. When we got home, we were asking our mom to drive thru McDonald's to buy ice cream, but she didn't want to because it was late already. However, we really wanted ice cream so much that we ended up ordering ice cream at 1:00 a.m.

We all ordered Fruity Strawberry Twist Sundae. Compared to Fruity Blueberry Twist, this was more sweeter. It's so sweet that you can't just have a scoop of the strawberry syrup. It's like you're drinking strawberry concentrate! But the crushed chocolate wafers counteracts the sweetness of the syrup because of its sweet and salty taste.

We headed to Tanauan this morning to spend the Holy Week and to Tagaytay Highlands for lunch. My family and I had a good lunch at The Peak Bar- I was so full! After that we went to the Sports Club to have dessert. I ordered two cups of ice cream. I wanted Raspberry Rapture, but they didn't have. Good thing, I asked if they have other flavors because I was able to get Caramello con Pastillas. I love caramel and pastillas, so this flavor had the best combination for me. I love the caramel ice cream and how I get to eat bits of pastillas from every scoop. After finishing it, I wanted more, so I ordered another one. I ordered Cookies & Cream because I wanted a different flavor and it's my first time to try their version of the flavor, but I didn't like it. I like Selecta's and Magnolia's version of Cookies & Cream.

Today was a great day!

If you love McDonald's sundaes, then you'll also love their new sundaes for the summer. They presented two new flavors, Fruity Blueberry and Fruity Strawberry.

When my mom picked me up, we drove- thru McDonald's and I bought the Fruity Blueberry Twist Sundae. This sundae has blueberry syrup topped with crushed chocolate wafers. It really tastes fruity with a hint of chocolatey, crunchy taste. This sundae is truly a good treat for the summer!

Just last week, S&R had a sale and Neapolitan Ice Cream Sandwiches is one of the goods my parents bought. I'm not really a fan of chocolate cake, brownies and the like, so I'd prefer to eat this dessert with just the ice cream. 

Neapolitan Ice Cream is the first ice cream flavor we've tasted from Blue Bunny and I really loved the combination of chocolate, vanilla and strawberry, so if you love the chocolate, vanilla and strawberry flavors all-in-one scoop, then this is the best ice cream for you. It's deliciously creamy! 

Okay, so back to Neapolitan Ice Cream Sandwich. The sandwich tastes good, but it's too sweet for me because of the chocolate wafers. BUT if you're a chocolate lover, then I assure you that you'll love this dessert. Make sure to ready a glass of water, so you wouldn't get a sore throat.
